Then you have CA which just passed a bill saying we will provide funds to hel
 these guys go to college.  Hell of a deal since a lot of our citizens can't ge

Even if I am progressive minded due to being in a 70% latino district, AB
131 was irresponsible due to our 10billion plus budget deficit in
California. I would have a clause killing AB 131 until we have the money to
throw away for it, if budget deficit is higher than 4 billion, AB 131 is
killed.
