What's the South Park song, "Blame Canada"? :-) Supposedly the
garbage trade is covered by NAFTA, so if the bills pass it will be
interesting to see what happens.

Since I'm living in New York right now, was interested to learn that a lot
of New York's garbage gets sent to New Jersey and PA. I'm sure they have
the same issues with biohazard waste in garbage.
