No, actually the rumors of mayhem, snipers, rapes and gang wars along with
general chaos that the press passed through as fact, delayed the Red Cross
and other support organizations that wouldn't send their people into the
riot zone that didn't exist.

But you already know that, so again, what's the point in re-running it all
again because the AP re-released some crap that was old news and called it
new?
