Finally...Someone who understands the trail of Internet development
starting with the Swiss model and the early 60's Networks between
Universities and other research centers. The Military has long had its
own private Internet. Sadly much of the Governments of the world are on
the public internet making them susceptible to Hack and Virus attacks.
