The mind boggles. I wonder if Lake and McDonald ever tried
to kick Fripp out of King Crimson. I'm amused that Chris Squire
has seemingly become the franchise holder through never having
had a snit and quitting Yes... I thought the fake Byrds shows
had become a thing of the past when McGuinn, Crosby and Hillman
put some new reunion tunes on the box set, not to mention upon the
deaths of Clarke and Clark, but some "Byrds Celebration" outfit
fronted by Skip Battin was at severale festivals and county fairs
in the area last summer... But then, I quite enjoyed the Byrds
Tribute with C & C, Rick Roberts, John York and Blondie Chaplin
a while back. Gene did a bunch of solo stuff and I've never seen
anybody play 4/4 with their eyes rolled back in their head the
way Michael did...

Where do you get this stuff? _Days Of Future Passed_ is still
my only 8-track worth listening to since I haven't been able or
willing to bust loose and waste any Saturdays doing the rummage
sale thing. And the outdoor bargain season seems just about
over, although it was so unseasonably pleasant yesterday that
I actually did some of the spring cleaning!

This was good enough that I had to wait until Lora left the house
to listen to it. I think I unconsciously thought they were
Spyro Gyra on the basis of the cover art and hadn't played the
record in years & years...
