Hi! mark,

Oops, my bad. [burp... gulp... just halfway through my hat...] It lists
one update in the Add/Remove programs CP applet. Bummer. The Win98
KB891711 security patch. I wasn't aware of it till you queried it.

The original PC was our 'front end' for our old T-bar coax LAN to the
internet, via dial-up. Hence the firewall doover it used to have. My Fido
status was non-CM in those days, operating within "limited hours"
for the BBS & mailer besides ZMH.

Forget what I wrote, Matt.

It pains me to hear that. ;) It's nice running little Win98 VMs. Nearly
as good as little Linux VMs.

Cheers,
Paul.
