Uh, the cost of the missile vs. the cost of the target hardly has
anything to do with anything.  Consider, our country gives
billions of dollars (welfare, etc.) to human debris who are worse
than worthless.  Now, how smart is that?
It's not the cost of missile vs. target, it's missile vs. the
potential cost that target can cause to us.  And, there are
things other than money.
