These commands aren't in "the" manual, they are in a separate fax
commands manual which is available at a nominal cost from NetComm. They
should go in your answer string, eg your answer string becomes :

AT+FAA=1;+FCR=1;+FSW=1;A|

There is also a more complex string which sets up the parameters for your
modem (page size, resolution etc). If you're lucky you can get by without
this.
