Why was the court allowed to be so incompetent?  Compare it with Nuremberg
- it's a joke.  They seem to have been stuffing Saddam's pockets with
grounds for appeal.

Why is it taking so long?  He's in public cold storage, that's why.  There
can never be a death penalty - they may need him.

Hell, he unified Iraq - and that's the biggest problem right now.
