I'd like to see a Democratic president and majority in the Senate and a
Republican majority in the House.  Maybe the GOP can control government
spending as an opposition party.  They've never been able to do it when in
power.

Gridlock is much better than the headlong descent into corruption, debt,
and war that has characterized the era of incompetent Republican rule.
