Yeah, I agree, further checking has revealed it doing different things on the
same system depending where it is going - local or passed on.

Maybe theres something in MBSE's tosser that is ncluding something that is
read differently by different tossers.

I have been doing most of the checks by using direct links from here to try
and avoid echomail paths that may or may not use extra mechanisms.

I will keep checking - it just is going to take more time.
