There's nothing "frothy" about it Monte. I acknowledge fully that
consideration has to be given to the laws of other countries when the
decision in question is a function of interaction between same country and
the United States.
I don't give a crap about "any US court" only about the Supreme
Court and when they start fishing around looking for precedents in foreign
law for wholly US internal situations, it doesn't sit well with me, and
never will.
I understand that being a "citizen of the world" is more
important to many than is "merely" being a citizen of the US, but
I'm not among their number.
