Both Anne E. and David S. are more or less active in the mailing list which I 
know, and read, as the newsgroup "bit.listserv.wpwin-l". For an internet 
forum it is _very_ pleasant. I.e. about the same as this echo ;-)
(The average internet newsgroup / mailing list has regular flame wars ...)
There's also "bit.listserv.wpcorp-l" where any WP related stuff is on topic. 
And there's the newsgroup "comp.os.ms-windows.apps.word-proc" for any kind of 
word processing. I'm also more or less lurking there ...
