Hi Fred... I've been asking this question on-and-off for the past year or
so, and have yet to run accross anyone that has info. I remember looking
through a catalog in about 1988 that had an AM/FM/SW/Cassette Stereo Car
Radio advertised, but I'll be dipped if I can find the cat' now OR remember
who the mfgr was (for SOME reason AudioVox stuck in my brain, but I've tried
contacting them without much success with a positive reply).
From what I remember, the unit looked just like a std car radio, with the
controls on either side - and mounted in the same way. If you can locate any
information - where I failed, PLEASE pass it on to me via a direct manner.
(this it too important to leave to failure prone paths ;)
All the Best,
