Yeah, we have all kinds of weird and outdated laws. I've got a book
somewhere describing how it's illegal to paint one's horse green in
Kentucky or to whistle underwater in Hawaii. I've actually tried two
different interpretations of the latter, attempting (1) to whistle in a
swimming pool (it makes more of a chirping sound as the air bubbles out)
(2) whistling on board a submarine during a dependents cruise while still
within Hawaiis territorial waters.
