Heh.  I remember that game vaguely when I was a kid.  The grandparents had a
ColecoVision and every now and then when we went over there the cousins and I
would take turns playing it.  I will never get the tune to Smurf Rescue out
of my head for as long as I live.

Are you playing that on an emulator or on the real deal?  What kind of a
collection of hardware/software do you have for it?
