The one change I've made to the Steve-Trek interpretation of Section 31 is
to delete that part about no oversight. Of course it has oversight. Fo= r
the most part, Section 31 in my stories does conventional counterintelligen= ce
work, but there are some agents inside that do a bit more than that, but
they do have oversight. Somebody is directing them and co-ordinating their
activities, but how high up? I guess I will have to wait for the app=
ropriate
story to come up.
