If you have some extra BUCK$, try STICO for a professional disguised mobile antenna. They make a multi-band model - it ain't cheap but works well and doesn't look like a communications antenna. We used to put STICO's on our unmarked car until the administrator found out that a $8 Motorola NMO whip/mount "worked just as well" as the $128 STICO.
