With such loose criteria I'd say the oil producing countries are planning
genocide of the US - Just look ay the 'general disadvantaging' with the
cost of oil. Or those nasty Chinese ( who are capable of long range
planning ) ..........

I'd say you are reading a bit too much into things.

Oh and since you mention Israel , how many countries have called for their
extinction ? Remember the Durbin Peace conference ? ' Drive the Jews into
the Sea'  vs. 'Give Peace a Chance'. As Gary B. might say Hmmmmmm
