That is true, and it resulted in liberal government spending programs
increasing their handouts by "an inflation-adjusted 22% since
2000".

W simply isn't a conservative, either in the domestic arena where he's
greatly expanded the federal government's spending and oversight of
American lives, or in foreign policy where his "Bush policy" of
pre-emptive war marks him as a radical.
