Please explain how it paints the Z1B in a negative light when the echo on
a single BBS isn't being distributed via the Z1B. It might have some
semblance of negativism if it were, but that's not the case.

The ball's still in your court on that one. So far, your rants haven't had
any affect on the FTSC, no affect on any of his downlinks, no changes
to his BBS save for your ISP's blocking, no affect on any sysop who's had
to endure your rants in various echoes, accept maybe to put you in their
twit filter.

Did you know that one of the top tier NAB nodes is having an affect on
that mail distributor's reputation?  They have some nut going around
screaming that someone has started an echo on their BBS with the same name
as one in the echolist. Can you say; Private Echo

Perhaps the whole thing could end with the moderator stepping back and
taking inventory of the real reasons why he's booted them from the echo
and then allowing them back in. None of them violated the rules and got
any number of warnings, he just didn't like them.
