Don't be too surprised if the feature Augustr described isn't 
available in your area.  The various RBOCs are totally 
independent and offer slightly different feature-sets.  And 
even within an RBOC's territory, not every customer can get 
every feature the company offers.
Using distinctive ring and vmail instead of an additional 
line does sound pretty good, though.  Maybe I ought to 
give BellSouth a call....
