The trouble here is that this is only one case there are about 9 cases
pending at this time. One a class action suit seems to be going the way
of the man sueing the fast food industry.  If only a few win that will
set a precident and others will follow, see the Tobacco industry for an
example of what happens when people are not held accountable for their
own actions and blame others for it.

I believe if you know the consiquences of your actions and continue you
are the one responsable for the results. NOT the people who made the
Gun, fast food, auto, toaster, TV set, etc. etc.  I also believe that
99.9% of the people know what will happen to them if they do certian
things and there for should sue themselves for being an IDIOT!

I have a very good friend the has diabetes and he knows that if he does
not stay on his diet he will suffer.  He has suffered for not doing what
he was supposed to do and could not blame the food industry for placing
out there food that he loves BUT can not eat.  So far he has not sued
the bakery down the road from where he lives or the chinese place where
he eats for not having diabetic food marked for him.
