Of the "Palestinian Authority" over the "Palestinian
territories" which even then (e.g. recently in Jericho) doesn't mean
much.

I think Hamas are right on this & should start referring to the
"Israeli Authority who has some control over the Israeli
territories" etc.

When Israel recognises Palestine then Palestine can recognise Israel.
