New need for research here with MajicJack!

I make lots of errors...   I never thought about the fact that MajicJack
never uses a 1- number either!  So what happens when you dial a
123-456-7890 number from a local area code that has a number 123-4567 in it
- without first dialing a 1- to trip to the 123 area code instead?
