Eric,
I use OLX for Windows from Mustang!  This is a commercial package.  I
think MSI sells it for around $40.  I believe Mustang has a 'Demo'
version of OLX for Windows on their BBS (805-873-2400) that is fully
functional except that you can't create a reply packet.
There are several shareware off-line readers available but I believe the
registration fee is nearly the same.  The more popular shareware readers
are Blue Wave, CMP Qwk and RoboMail.
