Perhaps so. I just tested it now by calling another V.FC modem. Mine reported
the connect as CONNECT 28800/LAP-M/V.42bis without the /V.FC. :-(

This is what I've been saying all along -- I've used the right commands, and
upgraded the firmware with the hope of reporting /V.FC, but to no avail.

Whatever you hear from NetComm, please pass it on to me. You may also like
to supply them with my profile dump and see what they have to say. If the
M11F won't report /V.FC, I'll just give up.
