You keep forgetting the new guy on the block. Bell and Cantel charge prime
plus 15% but ClearNet charges far less. And their local calling areas are
much larger dropping the number of long distance calls per geographical area.
Then add 1 second billing you end up saving about 30% or more if you don't
use the 2-way portion of the handset and get charged 10 cents per minute
billed by the second. You can usually save about 40% overall with ClearNet
compared to the other business air time providers.
