 We can't impeach him over NAFTA, however, his tax law, retroactive
 to January 1st, is an 'ex post facto' (retroactive) law. In the US
 Constitution, Article 1, Section 9, Part 3, "No bill of attainder
 or ex post facto law shall be passed"

 malfeasance n. 1. unlawful action by a public official.

 While people might argue that the part of Section 9 of Article 1
 is "only" in reference to criminal activities, Chief Justices of
 the Supreme Court from 1863 to 1968 have used that part of Section
 9 of Article 1 in references to laws passed in these 50 States as
 being unconstitutional in reference to their 'retroactive' clauses.
 If the Supreme Court has not used the reference as "only" criminal
 activities, arguing that it is "only" in reference to criminal
 activities will only fall flat on its face.

 According to Hillary, The Health Care 'added costs' will be paid for
 by increasing cigerette luxury taxes. I'm surprized she didn't add
