heh yeah that's about right.

Why can't they use a climber up to a certain altitude then use a small
rocket booster to speed the rest of the climb? I would think once you are
up there a ways you start to get lighter and lighter from the orbital
forces so couldn't they use something like a booster to move thru the
radiation belts at a more acceptable speed?
