When talking to Glass companies what kind of Plate Glass should I ask for?

(Maybe I should ask him what he quoted me)

I can get 3/4" and 1" on special order.

(Special Order may mean a full 60" x 130" sheet)

Also checking the archives I see that 18" is a rational limit for
3/4" plate, any guesstimates for 1" glass?
