I have used thick wet carpet successfully. There is another
product but you need to replace
it after a period of time. It is a foam rubber shelf liner . It is made in
a mesh type design and is sold
in rolls. The foam has memory and when dry you can't move the mirror across
the mat. With this
stuff you need no chaulks to stop your glass from moving. Look in Home
Depot for shelf liner./.
