Around here, no. I'm not sure about a more urban area. It is a service
in our public library and college library that put's newspaper articles
on CD from 26 different sources. It allows full keyword searches and
saving the articles to floppy.
Here, the service is free, and really has some useful stuff. It is
updated with a new CD quarterly, and the library keeps the older CD's on
file.
Although not accessible online here, it is worth an occasional trip to
the library.
