Who the heck calls this abomination a mutation? A proper mutation is a
genetic freak. Once it occurs, the single bird is developed into a strain by
intensive inbreeding to stabilize the mutation.
As we all know, new color mutations usually demand a premium price.
Sounds as if someone was eager for big bucks and decided to fake up a yellow
alexandrine.
