Thanks Lawrence.  My brother is producing a large technical manual, using
a master document to coordinate the chapters.  Yes, he wants continuous
page numbering, but each chapter to start on a right hand page.  I'm sorry
if I didn't make this clear enough to begin with, but his original question
was a bit sketchy too!
