I read today that about 12% of boys with AD(H)D had bipolar mood disorder as 
well, going into a study: at the end of the study, another 12% had it.  In 
the control group. 0% had it going in and only 2% had it by the end.
It appears that there is a relatively high "goes-with" factor.
