On my trip in June I was on 60 the vast majority of the time, from
Huntington to its starting point in Virginia Beach/Norfolk. I was on my
hysterical (historical) tour of VA, visiting battlefields, various sites, etc. Rt 60
follows a lot of those areas.
And there was the occasional side trip to some site not on 60, or
bypassing some sites that were under lock down and closed.
Then up part of historic Rt 1 to the DC area.
