Propaganda works when you can maintain it. Will we be into Operation
Swarmer XIIV by summertime?
For me the key to Swarmer is if the Iraqis get a morale boost from it. If
not, and the situation in Iraq disintegrates even further, Bush's rating
will most likely plummet to historic lows.
