Is there a noticable difference in locking the comm port at 115200 as opposed
to 57600 or 38400 for Internet use?  I have a 28.8 USR Sportster, and I have
had my port locked at 38400 for a long time.  I've just started playing 
round
with higher rates on the BBS, and I was wondering if the higher rate would
make much difference on the internet.
