So anything passing through Israel to the Palestinian areas has taxes taken
by force. Palestinians working is Israel have their withholdings taken by
force. ROFLMAO.

I think the Israeli collections were part of the Oslo and Post Oslo agreements.

I notice that you added the Israel withholding of those moneys . That is a
bit of change in the subject.

BOTH sides have broken parts of the agreements. Not just Israel.
