| subject: | Re: V.34 Viper to Courier |
Once apon a time John Piper said, 'V.34 Viper to Courier' to Simon Byrnand... JP> This is probably exactly what happened. Thought so.. JP> FrontDoor certainly DOES recognise said connect speeds without JP> patchups. What version? All the versions I've seen have connect responses which after 19200 go straight to 38400, 57600, and 64000, missing out 21600, 24000, and 26400. If they are not recognised, Frontdoor will not respond. To get around it I mapped 38400 and up to 21600 and up...etc, and changed my batch file to recognise these values and pass the correct value to the BBS.... Regards, Simon ... Complaints?
