From: "Gary Britt"

These shelters are NOT the solution that full time residence in a mental
health facility where they were required to take their medications was
prior to the liberal meddling. Your shelter didn't have these people
staying there full-time for years. They come and go and wander the streets
because liberals demanded they be dumped on the streets and demanded that
they couldn't be forced to take necessary medications and demanded that
they couldn't be "punished" by being required to live at the
county poor house if they didn't have any visible means of support.

Those were real solutions and real deterrents. The liberal approach caused
the homeless explosion and a few pitiful temporary non-health facility
shelters might be good for liberals to try and cover their permanent guilt,
but are NOT a substitute for the real solutions that were in place prior to
being ruined by the liberals.
