Haven't seen it.  Is it something we can access via modem?
I did spend some hours searching the Net for similar resources.  What I found 
was that Landmark Communications, which owns the Virginian-Pilot and the 
Ledger Star, maintains an archive of newspaper articles which is fully 
key-word searchable.
Sorry, the HTTP address is not something I have handy, but it ought to be 
"findable" via a number of Net searching tools.  I think these folks ought be 
nominated for an award for providing this service free of charge.
