This is not a music sheet: tablature is almost always an approximation (just
like my English :) . Generally, the lenght of the notes is not shown in
tablatures, and you have to figure it out by yourself, listening to the
record you want to play. But sometimes the situation is different: it depends
from the author of the tab. Some tabs have note durations written like below:
!-----------------
!---------------2-
!-----2-----------
!-----2-----2-----
!-0-------0-------
!-----------------
  1 . 2 . 3 . 4 .
This is a measure: the numbers on the bottom show the division of this
measure into 4 beats. The points show the division in 8ths. So, focusing on
the durations, the thing above means a quarter note, then two quarter notes
played togeter, an 8th, a 1/4, an 8th.
Other tabs have a finer division of the measures (f. ex. "1 . & . 2 . & . 3"
Etc.)... as I said, it depends all on the guy who wrote the tab, often there
are no durations at all.
CC> letters mean? For Example on line G what does "2su4" mean?
Guitar playing needs many symbols to show all his features on a music
sheet/tablature. Every tab has its own symbology, though many symbols are
quite standardized, and every tab *should* have an explanation of its symbols
at its beginning or end.
These letter are used to represent particular actions like sliding, tapping,
hammering on, pulling off, bending, making artificial harmonics, natural
harmonics, pinch harmonics, semiharmonics, palm muting etc.
