It's been a long time since I saw Bill (he was a partner in the
law firm I worked for as an associate many years ago).  I do recall
that he said his father or brother was either a judge on the Texas 
Supreme Court or one of the Courts of Appeals.  
 
Moreover, I think the relative's name was "John" though, as I said, 
it's been a LONG time.
