Herstmonceux Castle Observatory, East Sussex, UK,  has just finished
re-aluminizing their own mirrors, thanks to a lottery grant.  The Vacuum
chambers are now lying unused.  As they are dependant on customers they may
well look kindly on your request.  They would easily fit your size mirror
