The second HD is actually a mirror of the main one. i had thought to do something like that at one time but needed the space for operations... now i use rsync to backup everything to another system on the network... if i shut down the bbs nodes and a couple of other tasks, the process takes less than 10 minutes... if i leave everything up and running, it may take up to or over an hour due to the files being accessed and updated during normal processing... i'm glad i finally took a look at rsync and finally have another machine with enough storage space to be able to back up to... )\/(ark ...
