subject: New Modem

Hi Bill,

BP>The time has come to upgrade to a faster one. I have been reading in
BP>this pages about rock solid 14400bps modems, modems that are able to

Buying a 14.4k modem is a (IMHO) bit silly these days, with so many
28.8k modems available...

USR Courier v.34+ (33.6k) or perhaps a Spirit Viper v.34+
I have a Courier online now, nice modem.
I may be looking at a Spirit Viper in the near future.

 cya later,

 Paul.

p.s for non Austel approved modem, Supra would be a good choice...
p.p.s the USR & Spirit are both Austel Approved...

... Buy Stacker? Why not just delete Windows?
