It's called "budget dumping".  Lots of customers will buy
ANYTHING - including air guitars - at the end of their fiscal year because
if they don't spend to their limit they'll get a budget cut in the next
year.

And if you think it went on beer and pretzels, you've been inYorkshire too
long.  Try lunch at the Zur Rose in Mainz/Gonsenheim - two tables each with
a maximum of four diners and nine chefs.
