I heard of one story (maybe in this or another echo), where when this
ham radio operator in one of the Radio Shack stores was rather annoyed
by the clerk's attitude and knowledge about electronics, etc.
When the ham told the clerk "Don't give me that garbage...I'm a ham
radio operator, and I know how these things work", the clerk "changed
his tune".
